Ciudad Juarez also known as Paso del Norte is located in the northern state of Chihuahua which is Mexico’s largest state and shares border with the U.S. states of Texas and New Mexico.
Ciudad Juarez is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico. The city has four international ports of entry connecting Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, including the Bridge of the Americas, Ysleta International Bridge, Paso del Norte Bridge, and Stanton Street Bridge. The city has a growing industrial center which is made up in large part by more than 300 maquiladoras (assembly plants) located in and around the city.
The most important venue in the city is the Cibeles Convention Center which has 110,0000 square feet of event space and can accommodate up to 5,000 individuals. Ciudad Juarez also has a number of hotels appropiate for meetings such as the Camino Real and Holiday Inn Lincoln.
The city is served by Abraham Gonzalez International Airport, with flights to several Mexican cities. Nearby El Paso Airport handles flights to cities within the United States.
