Fisherman’s Promenade

Recently renovated, the Fisherman’s Promenade stretches from the Zihuatanejo pier to the edge of Playa La Madera. This delightful walkway winds between the rocks and the sea, offering visitors beautiful scenery framed by palm trees, murals, cobblestone paths, and sculptures that create a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere.

Take a photo by the colorful “Zihua” letters at the pier, then continue walking toward the municipal court, where you may find lively local gatherings, basketball games, or special events in the afternoon. Keep going until you reach Plaza del Artista, where the colorful murals by local artist Salvador Tinoco are sure to catch your eye.
