The day begins with a traditional pozol drink, while the history of the bakery and its relevance in the local food scene is shared. With your apron on, you can visitthe production area to learn the secrets of kneading and making bread, discovering unique creations inspired by the local wildlife, likes lizards and turtles, which give a distinctive and creative touch to everything baked.
Bread is not just eaten: it is lived. A symbol of identity, collective memory, and community bonding, every visitor gets an opportunity to shape their own bread, and while the bread slowly bakes, you get to enjoy a traditional breakfast accompanied by frothy chocolate, prepared in the ancestral style with a grinder.
