Surf and Bodyboard Festival: Paradise of the Waves
The 14th edition of Paradise of the Waves will take place on October 17, 18, and 19 at Playa El Paraíso, Armería, as part of the Colima Professional Surf and Bodyboard Circuit. It will bring together competitors in categories such as Open and Women’s Surf, Open and Women’s Bodyboard, Jr Surf, Jr Bodyboard, DK Bodyboard, Master 40+ Bodyboard, and SUP Surf. The prize pool totals 150,000 pesos in cash, along with accessories and surprises for the athletes.
The event combines sports competitions with complementary activities in music, gastronomy, and culture, open to the public. It’s a unique opportunity to enjoy the talent of surfers and bodyboarders at Playa El Paraíso, a meeting point for those who follow the development of these sports along the Colima coast.
