8th CONTECON Charity Run Manzanillo
Manzanillo will host a historic event with the 8th CONTECON Charity Run, taking place on Sunday, November 9. For the first time in Mexico, runners will pass through a section inside a port terminal, beneath the impressive fleet of cranes at Contecon Manzanillo, offering a unique experience on the Pacific coast.
With distances of 10K, 5K, and 3K, and a prize pool of 316,000 pesos, the race combines sport and solidarity. Each registration will support educational projects benefiting over 3,000 children in the region, from classroom rehabilitation to improvements in school infrastructure.
Running through container yards, alongside ships, and feeling the scale of the port makes this competition an unprecedented experience.
