1st Coastal Trail – Route of the Three Horizons
Next Saturday, October 25, 2025, the impressive Isla Navidad, located between Colima and Jalisco, will welcome runners from across the country to celebrate the1st edition of the Coastal Trail – Route of the Three Horizons, an event that combines sports, tourism, and nature in a world-class setting.
The race will feature21K and 9K distances, along with a5K recreational routedesigned to encourage physical activity and local participation. Registration is limited to500 runners. The 21K will start at 7:00 a.m., followed by the 9K at 7:20 a.m., both from the resort’s facilities.
Entry fees range from$800 MXN in early registrationto$980 MXN in late registration. Each participant will receive a kit including acommemorative shirt, bib number, timing chip, medal, medical insurance, and hydration. Kits will be distributed onFriday, October 24, at the Grand Isla Navidad Resort.
Awardsinclude trophies and in-kind prizes with a total value of100,000 MXN pesosfor the overall winners of the 21K distance, as well as trophies for the top three finishers in each category and for the 9K distance.
Beyond the competition, attendees will enjoy arecreation area, activities for companions, and family-friendly spaces, reinforcing Colima as a key destination forsports tourism.
