Festival Luz y Vida "Entre Vivos y Muertos" en Isla Mujeres

From October 30 to November 2, Isla Mujeres fills with color, music, and tradition during the fifth edition of the Luz y Vida Festival: “Between the Living and the Dead.” This celebration honors the Day of the Dead with a Caribbean twist. For four days, the island becomes a living stage where Mayan mysticism meets the joy of Mexican culture. Among altars, catrinas, and processions, highlights include The Night of Xibalbá, the moving Walk with the Souls, and the Festival of Little Skulls, dedicated to children who fill the streets with costumes, candles, and smiles.

The festival also features an unforgettable musical lineup with artists such as Natalia Sosa, Miriam Sotomayor, Aranza, Sheila, and a special performance by Tatiana, bringing talent and energy to the island nights.
