The Commemoration of the Battle of Puebla (Cinco de Mayo) is one of Mexico's most patriotic and globally recognized historical events. Every May 5th, the city of Puebla honors the historic 1862 victory of the Mexican Army, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza, over the invading French forces at the Forts of Loreto and Guadalupe—a monumental moment symbolizing national pride, bravery, and sovereignty.

You can watch the grand Civic-Military Parade along 5 de Mayo Boulevard, featuring military contingents, colorful floats, marching bands, and traditional Zacapoaxtla indigenous groups.
