Teatro Juárez

Located in the charming Magical Town of El Oro, the Teatro Juárez (Juárez Theater) offers a genuine journey back in time to the height of the region's late 19th and early 20th-century mining boom. Inaugurated in 1907 during the Porfirian era, this magnificent venue was constructed to entertain the wealthy elite and foreign corporate barons living in the area. Its striking design, masterfully blending Neoclassical and Art Nouveau elements, crowns it as one of the most vital and beautiful architectural gems in the state, remaining to this day a vibrant, living stage for the performing arts.
