Córdoba, where the Treaties of Córdoba were signed, the first document in history recognizing Mexico as an independent country in 1821, received its designation as a Magical Town on June 26, 2023. In the cultural area, there are the Municipal Palace, the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, the Portal de Zevallos and the Portal de la Gloria.
