Fan Routes 2026: Sonora, Magdalena de Kino
A one-day trip through one of the most enchanting little towns in the rugged countryside of Sonora.
Setting off at 8 a.m. from Hermosillo, we'll get to ultra-charming Magdalena de Kino at a little after 10. We'll see the Temple of Saint Ignatius, the Plaza Monumental, and the famous Arcos at the center of town. We'll also tour the Magdalena church and the Chapel of San Francisco. The municipal palace, and the murals inside are not to be missed.
But people come to visit the mausoleums of Eusebio Francisco Kino and Luis Colosio too. It's an eye-opening and fun place to spend a day, and you'll get plenty of time to explore and enjoy on your own, too. The trip includes an accredited guide, travel and accident insurance and round trip transport.
