Let's take off for the Capital of Sonora on a low-impact one-day tour that gives you the inside scoop on what keeps the capital humming. We'll start at the historic Cathedral and head for the central Plaza Zaragoza. We'll take in the City Hall and Government Palace, at least from the outside, before heading for the Plaza Bicentenario. The magical neighborhood of Villa de Seris and the Cerro de la Campana give you a much better idea of how things are oriented and what's what, and where. The most iconic streets, Madero and Hidalgo, give you lots of space for exploring and learning the basics of the city layout.
