The Hacienda Los Moreno is a historic estate just outside of Hermosillo. We'll set off for there in the afternoon for a wine tasting, tours of the vineyards and grounds complete with a sommelier and all the extras. Some 40 minutes from Hermosillo on the Ures highway, you'll find a magnificent expanse of rolling hills, stunning views, and landscaped gardened.
A deposit of mx $1,000/person saves you a spot gets you round-trip transport from Hermosillo. The entire trip is insured and you get a certified tour guide, tour of the grounds and vineyards, and four glasses per person with one of the areas leading experts on wine and vineyard cultivation. There's discounted wine to go, too. Departures from Hermosillo are at 3 p.m. and returns to the city at just about 9 p.m.
