Day 2
Take in the sunrise before a fantastic peninsular breakfast.
Set off on a a boat trip through the fog shrouded mangroves, visit a former salt works, say good morning to the flamingos, and relax on the area's most extensive beaches.
Then have some free time by the pool or on the sun loungers right up till check-out.
