Tourist Itinerary – Coffee Route (1 Full Day)
Base: Oaxaca de Juárez

• Panoramic tour through cloud forests and explanation of the ecological importance of high-altitude coffee.
• Visit to a natural viewpoint and tasting of organic coffee.

13:30 h – San Mateo Río Hondo / San José Pacífico
Distance: 12 km – 60 minutes
Activities:
• Visit to a traditional coffee processing facility.
• Explanation of the processes of pulping, fermenting, drying, and roasting.
• Guided coffee tasting with different roasts.
