We begin our journey from Xalapa, heading toward one of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Arrival at Mandinga Lagoon, an oasis of nature and wildlife. Here you’ll enjoy a boat ride exploring its mangroves, small islands inhabited by birds, areas where you can spot jellyfish and unique crabs, and, of course, the region’s famous fresh oysters. We’ll make a special stop at Isla de las Conchitas, where you can sample freshly harvested oysters and visit the charming Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Untied Knots, a place steeped in history and devotion.
You’ll have time to enjoy a meal by the lagoon, savoring the freshest and most delicious seafood in the area while taking in the scenery.
We’ll continue to the heart of Veracruz to explore its iconic Malecón, admire Los Portales, and stroll through the Zócalo, discovering the history, culture, and daily life of this vibrant port city.
At the end of the day, we’ll head back to Xalapa, taking with us memories of a day filled with nature, culture, and unparalleled flavors.
