Departure at 7:00 am for our transfer to our thermal paradise. Located in a canyon at the foot of an incredible waterfall are the Tolantongo Caves, where you'll experience the adventure of entering its tunnels, where water emerges from within, creating the sensation of a delightful steam bath.
If you'd like to swim a bit more, you can do so in the Tolantongo River, as the entire area is surrounded by turquoise water. The river also feeds the pools with water slides and the stepped pools, which resemble a natural jacuzzi, ready for you to immerse yourself and enjoy the warmth of the thermal water while taking in the panoramic view of the entire canyon. You'll be impressed by the grandeur of this landscape that only Hidalgo can offer.

Breakfast.
Departure from the hotel for a trip to Huasca de Ocampo, the first Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) in the country, to visit the Basaltic Prisms. These are renowned for their impressive basalt rocks, the result of the slow cooling of lava flows some 2.5 million years ago. We will also visit the Hacienda Santa María Regla, designated as unique by King Charles III of Spain. It has been the setting for numerous novels and films, including The Mask of Zorro with Antonio Banderas; it now operates as a beautiful hotel.
The next stop is the Casa del Rompope Artesanal (House of Artisanal Rompope), run by the Lugo family, originally from Huasca de Ocampo. Here, you will enjoy a delicious tasting of more than 15 flavors of rompope (a traditional Mexican eggnog-like drink), as well as a variety of sauces, jams, and cajetas (a type of caramel) that they make by hand.
The next stop will be the Magical Town of Real del Monte, where we will visit the Acosta Mine Museum. This museum has become an important institution where you can learn about the history of the mine and key aspects of mining. The site features architectural remains and structures, and you can venture inside the mine to see a silver vein after a historical tour about the miners' work.
We will also visit the English Cemetery. Finally, you will have free time to stroll through the town center, visit shops, and sample the traditional pasties.
