Basilica of the Immaculate Conception

Standing majestically in the heart of Chignahuapan, the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception is one of Puebla’s most impressive temples. Inside lies one of the largest Marian images in the world: a wooden sculpture over 40 feet tall, carved by local artisans.
