A museum dedicated to the work of the Tlaxcalan writer Miguel N. Lira; it displays manuscripts, personal belongings, and memorabilia that bear witness to his life and legacy. Note: detailed information not available. The house-museum preserves his personal library and the printing press where his works were published; dramatized readings, poetry workshops, and temporary exhibitions are held to promote the life and legacy of the writer and politician; a visit offers insight into the intellectual environment of 20th-century Tlaxcala.

The Miguel N. Lira House Museum is located in the building that formerly housed the State Printing Office, in downtown Tlaxcala. Inside, manuscripts, typed poems, family photographs, and personal belongings of the playwright, poet, and politician, a friend of Frida Kahlo, are on display. His printing press with movable type is preserved, as well as furniture and decorations from his home, allowing visitors to imagine the intellectual atmosphere of the 1930s–1950s.

The museum organizes dramatic readings, poetry workshops, and literary talks, and houses a library for researchers. Open Monday through Friday, the museum offers a glimpse into 20th-century Tlaxcala and Lira's humanist legacy. In addition to manuscripts and first editions of his works, the museum displays letters and photographs that illustrate Lira's relationships with other writers and artists of his time. A multimedia space allows visitors to listen to dramatic readings of his stories and poems. The building that houses the museum preserves original linotype machines and printing presses from the workshop where his books were printed.
