International Chinese Paper Balloon Festival and Workshop

In November, a unique spectacle takes place where the sky fills with color and the traditions and worldview of the ancestors are brought to life through amazing shapes and designs. Workshops are held where visitors, guided by local artisans, learn to make Chinese paper balloons of various sizes and shapes.
