Better known as "Cacha Cacao," this space is dedicated to preserving, researching, and sharing the cultural, historical, and productive richness of one of Tabasco’s most important treasures: cacao.

Through educational, sensory, and immersive experiences, visitors can discover the legacy of this ancient fruit—from its roots in early Mesoamerican cultures to modern-day chocolate production and innovation. It is a place where science, tradition, and gastronomy converge to reveal the importance of cacao as a symbol of Tabascan identity, backed by the scientific expertise of the university community.
