Burrolandia, Santuario de Burros

Burrolandia is a theme park dedicated to the protection and care of the Mexican donkey, located in the Pueblo Mágico of Otumba, in Estado de Mexico. Over the past 30 years, more than 75% of the donkey population has disappeared.

At this sanctuary, you’ll learn everything about donkeys — from their origins to the present day — including what they eat, how long they live, the different types of donkeys around the world, the causes of their decline, and much more.

Enjoy your visit aboard the “Burrolandia Little Train”. During the tour, you’ll ride through the Donkey Prairie, where you can pet the donkeys, take plenty of photos, and interact closely with these friendly animals.
