Located in the former railway complex of the Otumba station in Estado de México, this museum represents a valuable cultural heritage. It is characterized by its dissemination and preservation of collections related to the railway industry, as well as its focus on historical moments such as those of the Mexican Revolution.Among its collections, you will find photographs and objects that portray the daily lives of railway workers. A room dedicated to pulque, which was the main commodity transported by rail, is a highlight. The station operated as a freight and passenger hub until 1995.Currently, the museum has more than six permanent galleries, each focused on different aspects of Mexico's railway history, especially in the Teotihuacan Valley region and the town of Otumba.The museum is open only on Saturdays and Sundays.
