Lobos Island

It is located off the coast of Tuxpan and Tamiahua. Spanning approximately 2 kilometers, it offers white-sand beaches and crystal-clear, turquoise waters, making it the ideal spot for snorkeling and scuba diving enthusiasts, thanks to its rich marine biodiversity and coral reefs in excellent condition. Here you can observe a wide variety of wildlife, as the island is located 58 kilometers north of the mouth of the Tuxpan River, 13 kilometers off the coast of Cabo Rojo, east of Tamiahua Lagoon, and 122 kilometers southeast of Tampico.
