Day 2: Today we have a football match in Guadalajara

Soccer match, Day 1, Guadalajara.

The match will be played at Estadio Guadalajara, located on the outskirts of the Guadalajara metropolitan area. There will be designated access points and security barriers extending up to 3 km around the stadium. Vehicle access to the stadium area will be limited.

Guests will need to walk from the designated point to the stadium entrance. Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of water are recommended. (Entrance fee not included).

Day 3: Chapala – Ajijic Magical Town - Guadalajara

Breakfast at the hotel, meet in the lobby.

Today we explore the enchanting shores of Lake Chapala. Along the way, we pass by Vicente Fernández's ranch and take the opportunity to visit the largest Western store in Mexico.

Finally, we arrive in the picturesque town of Chapala, known as "the little corner of love" for being a honeymoon destination for celebrities like María Félix. In Chapala, we stroll along the boardwalk and delve into the history of Mezcala Island, the site of one of the most important battles in the Mexican War of Independence. Afterward, we have free time to explore the artisan market and do some shopping.

We continue our journey to Ajijic, a charming "Pueblo Mágico" (Magical Town) with cobblestone streets and adobe houses. We enjoy a walk along the Ajijic boardwalk, visit art galleries, and the famous Wall of the Dead.

We'll also have the opportunity to savor the local cuisine (lunch not included) before returning to Guadalajara.

Day 4: Amatitán and Tequila – Guadalajara

Breakfast at the hotel, meet in the hotel lobby at the agreed-upon time.

In the morning, we will travel along the Tequila Route to learn more about the history and origin of our traditional Mexican beverage.

Our first stop will be Amatitán, where we will visit the viewpoint overlooking the agave landscape. Our guide will give us a complete explanation about the Blue Weber Agave (Agave tequilana Weber). Then, we will have a professional tasting with pairings of tequilas produced in the region. Afterward, we will travel to the Hacienda de Oro distillery of Don David Partida, a family-run distillery with several international awards. Here, we will tour the distillery and taste tequila and agave liqueurs.

We will continue to the town of Tequila for a walking tour of the main areas, including the kiosk, the monumental Tequila sign, the Santiago Apóstol Church, and the José Cuervo stores. We finished our day at Matices Hotel de Barricas, famous for its barrel-shaped rooms and its underground restaurant, "La Taberna del Cofrade."

We ended our trip with a pre-arranged lunch before returning to Guadalajara.

Day 5: Guadalajara - City of origin

At the pre-arranged time, transfer to Guadalajara International Airport.
