La Mancha Ecological Reserve

It is a true natural paradise where pristine beaches , mangroves, coastal dunes, and a beautiful lagoon come together. Between September and November, it becomes a sanctuary for observing migratory birds, such as eagles, hawks, and other species that cross the skies of Veracruz. Within the reserve is the La Mancha Coastal Research Center (CICOLMA), part of INECOL, which offers workshops, environmental activities, and guided tours for the general public. Visitors can explore the mangroves by boat, walk along interpretive trails, and discover up close the amazing biodiversity of the ^​coastal ecosystem.
