Museo de Frida Kahlo, Ciudad de México

The Casa Azul was built in 1904 by Frida Kahlo\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s father, Guillermo Kahlo, in the neighborhood of Coyoacán, which at that time was still a separate town from Mexico City. Frida was born in this house on July 6, 1907, and throughout her life she returned to it at different stages, especially after her streetcar accident in 1925, which profoundly marked her health and her work. It was in this house where she developed much of her artistic work and where she lived intensely her relationship with Diego Rivera, whom she married in 1929.

Chapultepec Castle

Zocalo

Historically, the Zócalo has witnessed many of Mexico’s most significant events. During the pre-Hispanic era, it served as the ceremonial center of Tenochtitlan, where rituals dedicated to Mexica deities took place. Following the Spanish conquest, the square became the political and social heart of the new city, hosting viceregal proclamations, national celebrations, and public demonstrations.

Catedral Metropolitana, Ciudad de México

La Catedral Metropolitana de la Ciudad de México es una de las construcciones más importantes y representativas del país. Situada en el Zócalo, esta catedral es la iglesia más grande de América Latina y una de las más antiguas de la región. Su construcción comenzó en 1573 y, debido a diversos obstáculos como el hundimiento del suelo y las múltiples remodelaciones, se completó hasta 1813. Está edificada sobre el sitio donde previamente se encontraba el Templo Mayor de Tenochtitlan, lo que le da una importancia histórica aún mayor.

Basílica de Guadalupe, Ciudad de México

Uno de los santuarios religiosos más importantes y visitados del mundo. Esta basílica alberga la imagen original de la Virgen, que, según la tradición, fue impresa milagrosamente en la tilma de San Juan Diego en 1531.
