We will continue to the municipality of Calkiní to explore the community of Bécal, birthplace of the famous jipi-japa hat. Here, local artisans will offer a traditional weaving demonstration and share the secrets of their ancient technique.

On our way back to Campeche, we will stop in the picturesque community of Pomuch, where we will learn about its artisan bakeries and visit its unique cemetery of exposed bones, a unique manifestation of Mayan culture and traditions.
